BPM CoE & Customized Work Portal
Delivered a CoE Strategy for a Major Wealth Management Investment Bank. This included an"outlook" like work portal used by the Field and Back Office to coordinate and communicate all Account servicing and support needs.

Due Diligence Platform
Assisted in the build out of a Due Diligence Platform for the Wholesale Banking Unit of one of the Top US Banks. This was a multi year , multi vendor effort and Arete consultants were at the forefront in bringing platform vision to life.
The overall solution included workflow platform, a rules engine and integration to a host of data providers and back office bank applications to orchestrate the due diligence requirements for prospects and clients of the whole banking unit

Platform Upgrade & Performance Tuning
Fixed bid platform Upgrade from IBM BPM 8 to IBM BPM 8.5.5 for a major lighting manufacturer. The delivery also included administration and code best practices training for the client employees and performance tuning of the newly upgraded platform

Call Center Modernization
Built a call center workflow solution for a Health Insurance provider that would guide and coordinate the service requests created at the call center with various back office fulfillment departments with management reporting, SLA tracking and escalation procedure automation
